What makes a man disrespect and take for granted the women who truly loves him but be polite to other women?

I have seen men taking for granted women who truly loves them, their feelings whereas give more respect to women/random girls/strangers/Instagram models who has 0 interest in him.

Although they take the faithful girls for granted, remains sad and depressed after the faithful one leaves.
