How common is it for a woman to unconsciously disrespect a man because he is a man?

I work in the healthcare industry and most of the people I work with or around are all female. I don't get disrespected at all myself, but almost every day I hear women disrespecting men amongst themselves as a form of small talk, often it seems to be used as an icebreaker topic when a team full of strangers get together to work with a client. I don't care at all because most of them are divorced and probably have reason to be salty toward men, and I get plenty of compliments from them so it's clear they're not against all men, but it was a reasonably surprising observation that I made right from when I started going out in the field.

Common if you’re a man because you’ve most likely experienced it either online or in person. If you’re a woman you wouldn’t know what it’s like because these days you get everything you want handed to you on a golden platter
