I have a crush on a security guard in a supermarket?

Recently I have started to develop feelings for a security guard in my local supermarket. The other day I tried to hold eye contact with him but he just looked at me for a bit and smiled and carried on patrolling the store. I don’t want to distract him, even though I probably couldn’t as he’s so focused on the job. But I want to know if there’s anything there between us? What should I do?

If you really like him, give your number or email on a card, and ask him to call you for a drink. That way you are leaving the ball in his court to do something or not.

Or you could quickly talk to him, for a few minutes, after all you are customer so no one can say anything, unless you are spending long periods of time talking to him, a few minutes won't hurt anyone.

or the other option is stop going to that supermarket, until your feelings for him go away.

Do something nice for him. Get him a drink, tell. him he's doing great and you feel safer knowing he's there. Repeat it now. and then, build a rapport. After a while, ask him out when he gets off.

No I don’t work there. I suppose I just want some sort of acknowledgement. He’s very hard to distract.

It’s so easy get close to where he’s working smile and stop and just make conversation. If you don’t do that he’ll have no idea that you’re interested in him and won’t think about it.
