I ask because I've never been good when it comes to guys that i feel something for first, my past dudes had all come to me.
Plus, its fucking hard when your a cashier lmao.
I don’t know. I’ve pretty much given up on asking out women. I’ve seen waaaay too many posts from women complaining about guys hitting on them at work/school/gym/grocery store/club etc.
My point is that more and more guys are simply going to stop hitting on women.
I've
actually got a little bit of a crush on a barista right now. For some reason she only charges me a dollar for my refills instead of the actual price of the drink. I’m sort of a regular. I make sure to tip her for this kindness. Today I saw her and noticed she had a book behind the register, and I asked about it. She was reading Marcus Aurelius’ “Meditations” which is soooo fucking hot. I sort of smiled at her and told her to hold on a sec and reached into my bag and pulled out my copy of “Meditations.” I’ve been reading him for decades. I sort of geeked out a bit and got excited talking with her briefly about Marcus Aurelius. I probably sounded like I was mansplaining or something. I just got excited. It’s not often you find someone reading ancient Roman Stoic philosophy, and a pretty woman reading him? Rare isn’t the word that comes to mind.
I thanked her for my espresso and took a seat, read some poetry a bit and wrote a while. I sort of feel like I embarrassed myself talking to her or that I came off like some weirdo. I really would honestly like to talk to her and get to know her, find out her thoughts on Marcus Aurelius and talk about books, and yes she’s got a beautiful pair of breasts and a cute butt. I would never ask her out, and I have zero fear of asking women out in public. I feel like I’d just embarrass myself in front of her and she’d think I’m some creepy guy. Our age difference doesn’t help. I’m like 40 and she looked 25 or 26. So... that’s that. I’m not going to ask her out because “she’s just a barista and she’s paid to be nice to me.” That’s what a lot of women will say. Will she ask out me? Nope. Why would she?
Its a pity because I’d really like to actually have a conversation with her and see what we have in common, and what we don’t. Oh well.
Even if you couldnt get a date outta her, at least you found something awesome in common with her. When ya find something relatable with someone it sorta helps bring on that "companion" feeling
Yeah. I guess. I’ve never really felt that way with a woman. She’s nice and cute and probably has a boyfriend or girlfriend anyways. Think I’ll stay away from that coffee shop a while. No point in embarrassing myself further.
That's a tough one since you are a cashier. Maybe ask him what metal he is on to? Ask him if he's heard of (whatever CD you have)? Then say oh it's in my car, I will have to let you borrow it after work. It's so much better on CD. I know CDs are very old fashioned but it might work. Or he might see that you are trying to come up with an excuse to see him and figure it out. Good luck. Or maybe you have an "extra" ticket to an upcoming metal show that he must check out. Good luck.
Right on \m/ thanks
Welcome. Good luck.

Some hot girls come into the charity shop I volunteer at I just kinda stealth look at them and pretend I am doing whatever I am doing. But me talk to them? I can't do that lol. But if you've got the guts do it.
Being a metalhead you've got to know your foot pedals.. right? If so, you could ask him if he wants to play with your flanger.
pretty sure it's in your letter of employment that you can't hit on customers
Fuck why can't i just be like "hey sexy boi" when he comes in?
(Just kidding here)
Give him flirty hints and see how he responds?
I'm flirting a lot with ''my own'' favourite cashier girl. She does NOT respond :D
That's ok...
Just talk to him more when he comes in.
How did it go?
It's been where we talk bit by bit each time he comes by. He and his family too seem to think of me as a friend right now
That's great.
Good luck
Thanks ☺️
Give him BJ
nothing... :(
