So this guy and I we were not in a committed relationship but we decided to date exclusively , he told me that he is not seeing anyone and vice versa.
then I found that he took another girl on a trip alone and lied to me that he is with his brother. I’m deeply hurt and feel betrayed.
is this cheating?
As I was not seeing anyone else except him and he didn’t respect our agreement. I cut him off.

The fact that he lied and did take another woman is a form of betrayal if y'all were committed, he hid it from you and lied and that shows untrustworthiness at the very least

Not a committed relationship but we had this agreement to not date other people and we were dating exclusively. I did caught him in lies before and he is pretty selfish and immature.
Also, he never was okay if I go out on trips even with my friends , like he would act passive aggressive and jealous. So how can he expect me to be fine with something, he is not okay with.
He knew he hid and lied as he was crossing a boundary
Also we had this plan earlier but for some reason I couldn’t go the next day he asked a diff girl like his last option and goes with her.
