No. IMHO it not ethical to get someone drunk or stoned in order to get them to do something they wouldn't do sober, and more - if they are so drunk / stoned that you think their judgement may be impaired, its not ethical to do things with them they wouldn't do sober.

Besides, think how humiliating would it be to think someone was only willing to sleep with you if they were drunk. I want a woman who can't keep her hands off me not one who needs to be anesthetized to tolerate me.

@Miristheiss I did say "not ethical", as opposed to not legal. I think encouraging someone to drink specifically so they will consent to something they would normally refuse is a bad thing to do (but I'm not suggesting it be illegal)

True the laws on rape should be changed slightly. Rape should be defined as sex with unconcented violence incolved or unconcented assault. But i think having sex with someone who is drunk or on drugs should be ilegal even if its their own falt.

If a guy get a girl drunk purposly to rape her that will be taken seriously. Obviously if a guy was also a drunk he could turn the case around and claim he was raped.
