I put the first option. I've had the hots for chicks that have acne. But I haven't seen that shit past the High School days unless drugs or some absolutely bad food choices were being made. Sometimes I'll get a few zits, but only if I drink way super hard and a lot of sugar in it. I mean plastered drunk type of drinking which is way more than just a 12-pack for me. That shit isn't normal once you're past the puberty range which lasts until around the age of 25 for some people. Diet or the meth/cocaine use has to stop if it's still rages like that.

In the photo you posted, the guy has cystic acne. That is hardcore and doesn't react to those "cures" people are sharing. The girl I mentioned had cystic acne and tried everything but nothing worked. It only disappeared after she took Acutane medication.

Acne is not contagious and usually disappears as the person gets older. It shouldn't stop you from dating someone with acne. If you do, you might be missing out on a very nice person.

I think it is most natural way. I wonder how much we can truly bend it and not get bad results. And I like romance and I like some formal rules to it. Romance can't exist without some cultural expectations. A caveman will only think of a candelit dinner as a room with poor lighting and weird metallic things that people use to eat. It's in part conforming to cultural ideas that we draw our ideas of what is beautiful, romantic.
