Do I end things?

I went down to my boyfriends new house he is renting with his sister. And I just sat there on my phone while he played video games, and then he came over after playing video games so we could kiss and such. I went down on him, and he came on my chest. Then we went to the gas station to get some food. Then took him back home, and he gave me a kiss. And I was asking if I was gonna stay longer. His sister came home, so I drove home that night.

We only spent time 3 hours tops. It's once a week, as well.
I wanted it to work out, I've told him plenty of times I wanted to see him more. He was even in my town for his sister's graduation and didn't come to see me.

I come down and he literally plays video games, I wouldn't mind it if we got to play together.

It just seemed like a waste to go down there for 3 hours, when I thought I was spending the night. Even when I do spend the night he acts like he wants me to leave in the morning.


This is my first boyfriend, and I never really had luck with dating. It's been like 7 months.

I'm needing advice.

Perhaps that you don't realize that he is basically only using you when he needs you to fornicate. You don't seem to represent another value to him since he does not really make an effort to be with you more than 3 hours. Of those 3 hours, he spends most of them playing video games and 10 minutes to copulate. What kind of boyfriend is that?

You talked to him about your issues with this setup but nothing has ever changed. It is time to wake up and realize that you are wasting your time and your youth with somebody that cannot even give you more than 3 hours of his precious time every single week.

This guy is a toxic person and a huge red flag. The problem is that you hold onto him because he is your first boyfriend. He knows that fact and misuses you to the fullest extend.

Give that guy the boot. You deserve much better than that. If he really cared, he would give you all his attention and not only 3 hours of his time.

And it took me so long to figure it out. I thought he was amazing at first, but I started rewatching teen mom and one of the guys on there acts exactly like him. And now I see it.

I was blinded by infatuation. :(

I understand your situation and you wanted to hold onto this infatuation even if it hurt you. You have to wake up and realize that he is not the right person for you.

Do react before you make it more difficult for you to get out of this toxic relation.

He is only just using you, plus he is a grown man that cares more about playing video games. That is sad.

If you aren't getting what you want from the relationship, talk to him about making changes. If he refuses to or doesn't do what he promises to, then it's time to end things.

You need to have a conversation about it
