My ex and I broke up months ago because I felt like I wasn’t a priority and he was a horrible communicator. Recently my ex told me he wanted to get back together and that he loves and miss me etc. My ex is a CDL driver and is often on the road. But since then he hasn’t made time to see me or at least meet me. He says he’s always on the road and sometimes work 6 days a week. And it’s been months and I’m starting to feel like I’m being stringed along like our previous relationship. Strongly feel if he wanted to he could make time if he really wants it. Should I just let it go?

Let it go. He is not an asshole for not making time that is his job, that being said you guys clearly have different relationship expectations regarding time spent together- that won't change. You don't want to spend the rest of your life unhappy in a relationship feeling like you aren't a priority and don't get enough quality time with your SO. Find someone who's life goals align with yours! Good luck.

Let it go girl!! He is still not putting effort in! And believe me if he wanted to he would! He probably just misses you but still isn’t willing to put the time and effort. I saw this thing and it said “sometimes it’d not about if he wanted to he would, It’s about if I love myself enough to leave”

You should end it. Be honest with yourself he still is gonna work 6 days a week why is it different now? Only reason you want him back is for those good memories you had.
