If a random girl you text on telegram via a chat bot says she lost her sim card and wants you to buy her a new one, what's her purpose? Details?

Is it a bot or what? She keeps calling me babe and i love you, i will love you till i died, etc repeating love words. She also asks for my picture. Didn't understand her real purpose. She says she's 24 but i don't believe her age too. She might be impersonating somebody else. How do you think i should act? Even when i said i was refused a few times online and in person she didn't care about it. Does she really love me and am i too cold towards her? I don't know really... Help me please. She has 2 pics of her on telegram by the way and she even shared her number but she doesn't have sim card. She uses her friend's sim card as far as i could understand. We started talking on Google chat. Do you think i should send me my smile picture? She can already see my profile picture on telegram but it's with 😎 on lol.

It’s a scam and ”she” is a catfish. The person to is one of the scammers and likely not even a woman they just steal someones pictures and use that to allure you in. They ask people to send simcards because they need lots of phone numbers from the countries they’re scamming in. So if you get them the simcard they’ll use that in their scamming business.
