Should I move on or give it some more time?

My neighbor in our apartment. I recently (2 months ago) asked her out. I was too nervous and made a bad decision when asking her. I figured she wasn't into me and decided to move on. Month or so later, after moving on. She's been trying to talk to me. Tells me it was good to see you again. Our dogs ran into each other and had a fun time while we talked. I noticed her body language and how she was acting. I didn't make a move on her the last 4 times we talked because I wasn't sure what her motives were, but I was still so much interested in her. I'm an introvert and it makes it hard to even when I want to. When I finally decided to ask her out, she hasn't been home in like 11 days. I'm assuming it's due to work. It's a little hard to run into her even if she's at home. But since it's hard to run into her. I've been kinda losing interest in her, because you can't build a connection if you can't see each other. I've even set a deadline on our situation. I don't know if I ruined my chances or she's just been really busy. And just don't know what to do.

What did she say when you asked her out? If you’re into her. I guess keep talking but if she said no or gave another answer other then yes or no. If she likes you, then you did your part.

Sounds like you already blew your chance with her,

You may be right. I would have done it earlier but due to the past situation when I did ask her out. She had never said no. She did say yes to go out for drinks. When I called her, I was told it was the wrong number. I could have also put it in the phone wrong. This is when I moved on. About a month later is when the interaction because it was/is different from the other times in the past. And now is this situation.
