Am his girlfriend and I wasn't present there. He did text me that he got fed by one of his girl friends since he was busy writing something and I didn't know how to react. He said she is like sister to him.
I have seen him holding hands with his girl best friend before and I was quite upset but tried to understand but this thing I don't really know whether to ignore or not

Usually not. Giving him a bite of her hot dog or something sloppy while she holds it, okay that can pass. Stroking his hair and spooning lobster bisque into his reclined mouth, not so much.
