Is the difference between a girl exchanging numbers with you as a friend vs being interested is that if it was as a friend, it would usually after meeting you a couple of times? Versus interested which would usually be when you just meet for a bit? Or could it go both ways?

I know, but like I said, if you exchange contact info right when you meet that is leaning towards interest. versus if you have met several times/for a while that would be friends. I know it could go both ways though.
