I have seen so many horrible things on dating app profiles that this would not even make the top 100 of the worse lists. Me personally, I don't care about the body count, as long as she does the other 3 things on the list.
Well, if she's got an obvious 'body count' it's probably a given that if she acts like she wants to be in a serious relationship right off the bat, she's lying.
@yallxisxtrippin They want serious relationships... until they get one. And the ones that just want to hook up, usually get what they want a leave. So, you tell me, I can do both... body count is not the determining factor. Because I have been with 16 different women, and it would be 100 if I could. But there months of no sex in between... and in that way woman always have it easier because if they want to find a man all they have to do is say hello.
Leaning towards no but most dudes who talk about body count tend to be narrow-minded or straight up call those who have higher body count sluts and shit and I don't like people like that. It's Okay to have preferences but it doesn't give you any excuse to treat others like shit. But if he is a nice dude and just doesn't want his so with a body count over 20 but for friends and literally everyone else who aren't his partner, he couldn't care less then I'd say I'd date
The thing about that profile I do not like is "you want to work towards a common goal." Men are good at things woman are not good at and woman are good at things men are not good at, so I would not want to date a man who judges me for not being able to do everything a man can do because I don't judge guys for not being good at everything a woman is good at.
I think the idea is to work together because men and women have the ability to in this sense "complete" eachother
@jennifer_bloom I think most women are very good at that particular requirement, thou perhaps fewer of them are still dating as each year more and more join and remain in such a team.
As for the women who don't want that, If they don't want to be a team and work towards a common goal why are they seeking a relationship at all? They can work towards their own goals for themselves on their own.
In abstract however its true both men and women have the odd habit of expecting the other to behave like themselfs, when in fact that is simply not their natures nor desirable in truth. A team requires specialization.
you are definitely misreading that. thats not what it means at all. it means working as a team and having good communication.
Based on my experience, most woman would skip his profile... why? Because he's setting rules and women don't like to follow rules... except the ones they themselves set and expect everyone else to follow.
Well everyone is like that.
@AviatorTom
Why is it that soo many women don't want to follow rules?
Is it how they are raised with daddies giving them everything without discipline?
Is it their social circles focused upon their feelings rather than objective compliance?
Is the problem itself more observational bias?
That most settled women do in fact follow rules, people dating just don't see them because they are able to hold a relationships and thus not be dating
@AviatorTom. BINGO.

I guess it is if it doesn't fit her
The first one is iffy, but other then that I personally think it’s fine as long his idea of being a team isn’t him forcing me to be the only one doing all the housework. Working towards a common goal is good. So is honesty just as long as they’re not being an asshole about it. You can be honest without being an asshole. Self improvement is always good just as long as they’re not pushing too much and being rude about it. Learning/being willing to learn is always good as well, so long as, once again, the other person isn’t being rude about it.
I'd say having the words "body count" in your profile is a turn off, no matter the number you attach to it or the context. It instantly and simultaneously shows a lack of maturity and a sex-negative attitude.
THIS
It would be better to just put, "no promiscuous/casual sex/ons/friends with benefits in the past.
Only immoral low quality people would have a problem with that, which are exactly the kind of people any good man would want to avoid anyways.
Yeah its a turn off just cuz it's unreasonable to make a list of expectations for a woman to follow. It already shows he's controlling even tho these things aren't bad it's still a way to control
Lol this is definitely Hinge 😂
I honestly hate these prompts. You don’t even know the person and they’re already setting this hard and fast expectations.
Also: don’t put on your profile that you like margs, order chips and queso for the table, and that we’ll get along fine if uou can deal with my sarcasm. 😂. Every girl has that on their profile.
That is an instant pass right there.
Is your body count 21, or do you not like learning new things?
@yallxisxtrippin I'd say having the words "body count" in your profile is a turn off, no matter the number you attach to it or the context. It instantly and simultaneously shows a lack of maturity and a sex-negative attitude.
On another note, ridicule-by-sarcasm is typically another turn off for women. Hope you enjoyed learning something new!
@zeitgeist057 Yeah, you're right. Sounds like he's talking about a serial killer or something.
Lol no, I mean you'd have to be a prolific promiscuous person to have a body count over 20.. It shoes you're not serious about being in a relationship or marriage.. I find it comical that women would vote yes on this.. It's like they like being used for their bodies.
We guys are too direct with what we want sometimes, like we demand those things.
And girls don't like that. All the girls I have been out with wanted something casual with me, and permanent with someone else.
And this turns of a lot of girls.
A girl will only accept those conditions only if she is looking for something permanent and planing a life.
Most women have a list of requirements longer than ever... a guy has a few and it's a problem...
there's nothing wrong with any of those 4 conditions. perfectly reasonable
He is straight up in listing what he wants. Girl's list go for 5 pages.
It might be a turn off for girls that he has a list at all.
That's a huge red flag to me from a man or a woman. He's signaling a severe lack of emotional intelligence.
Only in today's world would four perfectly reasonable requirements be seen as a red flag. 🤦♂️
well it's a pretty reasonable list to have but not something you put on your dating profile. you're looking for a date not an employee
Anytime I hear someone rattle off a list I just think no wonder you are single.
I don't think it's ever good to list off what you want out of a partner. This goes for both men and women. I would reject any woman that wrote such a thing. It comes off as negative and transactional.
The job application style profile is a turn off because a man is looking for a woman to date not work for, try something natural unless your always in job mode then thats a problem
well these are just basic requirments, its like he says "just be a decent human being"
I like it
Can't speak for the ladies, but if a girl had a list of demands before even meeting I'd move on.
Women list all sorts of conditions on their dating profiles - why can't men?
Do you know why dating is so hard? Everyone has the mind of a damn toddler.
@yallxisxtrippin Toddlers all over are insulted by that comparison!
Very. Because it makes us feel like, you're expecting shit. YOU SHOULD NEVER EXPECT ANYTHING
The phrasing could certainly be more natural. No one talks like that.
No, it's something you completely ignore; The question is: "Is she hot?"
If it is its cus you don't meet the standards
Seems like he's being lenient still
This is more like a job application
Nothing in his list is unreasonable at all.
It shouldn't be.
There's actually nothing wrong with that
No it's not to me.
Absolutely.
Only to a female who is entitled, toxic, and easy.
Not for me.
LOL yes.
