How can you tell?

If you are chatting with a bartender and in the middle of the convo she says we should exchange contact information and you exchange numbers, how do you know if she is interested. She also texted me nice meeting you the next day. I know it could be interest but couldn't it also be friendly? It wasn't for any particular reason, like business or some common hobby, etc.
