I was chatting with a woman at her work, things were going great. I could tell she liked me, heavy eye contact, smiling, playing with her hair (from what I noticed girls do that when their attracted to me)
so I asked her we should go out sometime/ what’s her number?
She said my manager is right there / doesn’t wanna get in trouble.
I didn’t get mad at all / understood. We chatted a little bit more and I paid my bill / left.
I think I’m gonna carry business cards on me from now on, so if this happens I could just give her my number to know for sure.
has this happened to woman, is that an excuse you guys use or you think she was honest?
sucks we got along very well / both were flirting.

She might have been cordial in order to increase the likelihood of a larger tip. She might have been interested but not enough to risk her job. You could have asked for a pen and written your number on a scrap f paper for her.
Ya man I agree, I’m gonna get business cards for myself for A. Future potential clients and B for situations like this,
I’d feel much better leaving if she had my number, so at least I’d get my answer.
Was weird I felt a connection, so strong it was like the connection I get with woman when I go on good dates, type of deal.
Her boss was right there so I think she was nervous.
If I was into you nothing would stop me from giving me your number. I think I’d move on
You had no chance
