Female co-worker gave me her number, now what?

Alright, ever since I started my job, I've had my eye on a female co-worker. From time to time I would catch her looking at me and when I do she looks away quickly and blushes. Also, the more we worked together the more she made eye contact with a smile. I took that as a good sign, so I started small talk with her. One day after work I asked her out for a drink, she said yes. The next day we talk and she tells me she has a boyfriend, but we still went out for a drink. However, as we arrived to the bar, the place was packed and there wasn't a place to sit, then she said maybe we should go another time like tomorrow and gave me her phone number. So I text her the next day @ 7pm asking if she still wanted to go, but I didn't realize the bar was closed when I texted her. She replied with something along the lines of... they closed at 6 (Sunday) and I'm feeling lazy anyways, we should figure out some other time soon.

I guess, the first question I have is do I text her, call her, or ask her out in person again? Or do I leave her alone and be just work friends? What other activities would be fun and light? And lastly, do you think she's into me or just looking for a friend?
