If she looks at you a lot, and smiles at you a lot, and walks and stands close to you, and likes your jokes, and is always happy to talk with you, it will be one of a few possibilities, one of which is that she is flirting.

But it could also be, for example, you are the only other person there her age and she wants a work friend. Or, if you have authority over her she might want to make sure you like her.

If you like her, I would find out if she is seeing anybody (asking is fine) and if she is not, ask her to do something outside of work like go to an event or meet at Starbuck’s or whatever makes sense in the situation. JMO!

If ur decent looking then probably. I met like 4 male co-coworkers at the same job that knowing flat out liked me and i just do the bare minimum and keep it friendly by smiling, not saying any more words other than yes/no etc. and i dont even start the conversations!
Sometimes I feel “dragged” at work when I see a coworker that likes me because then we are gonna be able to talk somehow someway but i just wanna do my job and go home.

The difference exists only in her mind, because most women think men should be able to pick up on subtle hints. There are two categories of women.

1) women who complain that men are "too oblivious" to know when a woman is flirting with them, and

2) women who complain that they can't just be friendly with men without them thinking she is flirting.

Everyone's actions differ. If I like someone, I tend to avoid eye-contact with them since I feel like they will immediately be able to tell from my eyes that I fancy them which I don't want so I distance myself. If we happen to have a conversation, I overthink everything so it takes me longer time to respond and even then I end up saying the stupidest things.
On the other hand, If I don't fancy someone, I don't mind the eye-contact, I joke around with them and don't really care If I say some stupid stuff.

I am pretty friendly and joked with my co-workers all the time. I guess one of the boundaries I wouldn’t cross is being flirty, which can be like abit touchy, the way a girl smiles and have lingering looks, teasing that’s more cutesy, the type of compliments, and etc. that seems more than just co-workers and platonic friendships.

Friendly is simply chatting about work related things and offering help with the particular work related thing. Anything beyond that can be very easily misconstrued including remarks about how a person looks, etc.

Seriously though, being that these interactions are happening in the workplace, l would go with her just being friendly. Just keep being respectful, confident and friendly as well. If she does want to date you, she will become frustrated by your inaction/indifference and begin to make it clearer to you that she is into you. Good for you choosing not to put the moves on her. She ain’t worth you getting reprimanded.
