Some guys think women who are above 30 have baggage and lost their value if they can’t tie a man down between 18-29. I hear this often. I’m a 24 year old woman in a relationship but is this true for women in general or just some gossip people spread?
It's gossip, what makes women around that age incompatible isn't normally the age even tho age might be a turn off to some, simply cause around age 35 it gets harder for women to have children but more of the fact that many come out of divorces or have children and those things normally aren't seen good to other men, I'd say the best ones that won't really have a problem finding someone is the ones that are single because they are either very careful with dating or are celibate/waiting for marriage.
Women think the same of guys who are that age too. We're too damaged and we don't fit the criteria that Hollywood and magazines and websites tell you what we should be like at a certain age. So basically we are completely ignored. And become misogynistic and cynical. Rejection hurts and for some guys like me it kills us inside. So we give up and realize love is just chemicals in your body that come and go just like a thought. Then we realize you really like being treated like crap and having multiple kids by different guys that never pay child support. So all in all fu*k it. The playstation awaits.
Doomed no. But I believe a woman over 30 may have more difficulty finding a partner for marraige and kids than they did when they were younger and may have to settle for lesser quality guys. You are less fertile at age 30. Women at age 30 tend to start thinking out as well and gravity starts to take its toll.
The baggage part is if she's a single mother, that is a kid or kids is baggage that comes with her.
If they’re still in shape, keep their body and mind healthy, have their shit together, and no kids then they’ll still have the world in the palm of their hands.

No kids higher chance. If you bring nothing to the table though, I can get a 22 year old that also brings nothing to the table and she's probably going to be in better shape.
If you're in your thirties, have no kids, take good care of yourself and like critters, then the question becomes "how do you feel about dinner and a wine tasting?"
It's always the sum of the package, but kids and 30+ is going to lower that sum.

If they want a good quality family oriented partner to create/raise a family with they need yo find him before she is past 30 for biological/health reasons. Women lose the ability to be likely to have healthy kids 20+ years sooner than men do and at a significantly faster rate. It is biology/science backed up by statistics not an opinion.
I have turned down multiple attractive women for that very reason.
Women of all ages have baggage but it does feel more pronounced with women over 30 because their better at communicating their baggage than under women.

Some yes. Some no, but all the stats point to more women over 30 being leftover women for millennial and zoomer women than at any point in human history. This generation of young men aren't going to be scraping leftovers off the sidewalk and helping their women who rejected them 10 years prior to pick up the pieces.
It largely depends on her. a good woman never loses value. But yes, a woman does start losing her physical sex appeal some say 30 some say 40. Personally I think women look thier best in thier late 30's but I'm not every guy. Where a lot of women run into problems I'd they had shi**y personalities to begin with. They always relied on thier looks. And between 30 to 40 that ability starts to fail them.
So as long as you're a quality person you won't have a problem.

No, they aren't, but it is more difficult to find a partner as one gets older. And yes, it is even more difficult for single parents. Still, people do find partners after 30 or 40 or 50.
Some women, like some men, do choose to remain or be single by choice and happily. And they don't have to enter professions or take vows of being single lol. 😁😃🙃
If they aren't fat/obese, have their shit together (mentally and financially) and no kids it shouldn't be an issue.
I would say it will never get any easier than it is right now for you to find a good man. It will be much harder in 10 years so make good choices now
