Becoming attracted to this girl but not sure how to advance things?

i've meet her at her work , well she's worked there for a while but lately really into her and we've been talking more too. but i don't even have her on social media yet and i wouldn't even feel comfortable asking for her # . i'm pretty sure she doesn't have a boyfriend so there does seem to be an oppourtunity here to possibly date her this summer

its tough to know where to try and take things , she works at a restaurant so can easily talk to her there especially when she is on bar. its not exactly clear what place outside of the restaurant would make sense to try and see her at instead

Is she giving you more attention than other customers? I guessed she was a waitress. At my peak of cool a waitress was being for solicitous in terms of if I wanted anything. When I paid she walked to the door with me. I just took her hand and if it hadn't been for the maitre de chasing/catching us as we got to the door it could have been a very nice night.

So it can happen. Off the top maybe something like "You're always serving and taking care of people. I'd like you to be served as a change. Let me take you out to dinner for a change". Maybe cringe but she won't care if she does like you. I met up with my waitress a year later by chance and she was still interested.

Make it a better restaurant than the one she works at. Better still find one and mention it in the invitation.

i've seen her there 5 or 6 times since she returned to work there at the start of may , she had worked there last summer and the year before that. so known her for a while. but our conversations seem better than last year and she seems more into me

nothing really jumps out at me interms of what we could do outside of the restaurant to be honest
