With a boyfriend and girlfriend or spouses are walking to the mall and the guys looking at a girl and another girl and another girl and the girlfriend slugs him because he's looking at girls it has nothing to do with he likes her are his eyes are wondering if I'm looking at a girl I'm looking at her because I like her hairstyle there's something that is different about her and I tried to understand it or I'm thinking about the certain color that's in her dress or the way she has her hair curled or why she's wearing those type of boots our shoes our leggings that's all it means
And yes if she is beautiful I'm going to look it doesn't mean that I want to get in her pants or that I'm just respecting the girl I might be with if I'm with one

I've have walked through malls with my girlfriends and if there's guys walking towards us all three of them are just staring at her like laser beams and I will usually turn to her look into her eyes and smile and she will look at me and kind of laugh we know who each other is with so it really doesn't matter and then when you walk by the guys you kind of smile and say pretty hot huh and just keep walking it's not a big deal the big deal starts is when the girlfriend starts her crap why are you looking at that girl what do you think she's pretty or something blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah LOL we look because we have eyes

Only attractive ones. But also I guess if someone was interesting but not really attractive, like say for an extreme example she's got two noses. Not really attractive, but certainly is going to draw some stares for being interesting/out of the ordinary.

So yeah, if people are staring at you, it might not be because you are super hot, it could be you just look kinda funny.

Rare for a guy to stare & let a woman know he's staring. Very rare, in my opinion. But a guy could see 100+ women he finds attractive in a day and only let 1 or none know it. He would be selective depending on if he wants to pursue anything. Of course if he's desperate (or super hungry) then he will chase everything that moves.

I'm almost always more attracted to women who are out in public with their boyfriends, because when I see a beautiful woman with her boyfriend, I know she's having sex regularly, which excites me tremendously. If she's kissing him and surreptitiously touching his penis, etc, that just drives me crazy.

Stare? Rarely. But i think the majority of men would acknowledge a knee-jerk reaction to briefly glance over to a woman coming into vision. If this woman is attractive your gaze may last 2 seconds rather than 1/2 a second, but i'm not just out in public staring... even hot women. That said, if it is worth looking I will sometimes look back after we've crossed paths.
