Do a lot of girls stare at guys they find attractive?

So yesterday i went to the public washing machines shop to wash some stuff of mine and there was a girl there (and she was actually cute )
When i was putting my stuff in the washing machine i noticed she was looking at me (she was in front of me) i tried to ignore it but when i looked back to her she stopped starting at me.
I actually am really uncomfy with strangers, i don't look at them a lot and i am really bad with social interactions, but i know a lot of guys Stare at girls and when they look back the guy pretends he does not but i'm not sure about girls

Sometimes I just stare in a direction and zone out then someone sits in my eyeline and thinks I'm staring at them but I'm not. I'm wondering how many donuts I can fit in my mouth at once.

i have a big problem about doing that too much, like i cannot take my eyes off of a hot guy if i see one, and i know how uncomfortable it must be so it’s something i definitely need to work on
