I'm not even big. I'm more like slim thick. He know I'm insecure about my body and he say that. I don't think it was even funny if it was a joke.

Depends on his tone and how he said it. It doesn’t matter what someone says, it’s how they say it. I’m not sure if it is body shaming. Getting in shape and being healthy is good. You need not lose weight to please him, and he does not need to be in a relationship with you if he doesn’t find you attractive.

He's trying to help you if you walk 30 minutes a day for 30 days at a very fast pace you will not only lose weight but your body your whole body will tone up if you walk 60 minutes a day for 30 days it'll work even faster stay away from sugar Waters and junk food eat more vegetables and fruit more water lots more water no he's trying to help you
