I am 5 10 and 150 pounds i am pretty happy with my body but I don't look perfect I guess. I am 30 years old so its not as easy to stay perfectly toned.
According to BMI calculator you are at normal weight, but I do agree with your boyfriend. Even if you are at a normal weight, exercise is super important and needs to be done on a regular basis. As you start getting older, it’s going to become harder to stay on top of being healthy if you don’t start healthy habits now. Being by his side may also be helpful to him if he is looking to improve himself. No one is ever “too good” to work out/ get active

No, he means exactly what he said and nothing more.
At 5-10 and 150 you are quite slender. What's he going on about? "We should keep each other accountable" Yuck. Partner's should be considerate, but shouldn't be answerable to each other. The most he could do is ask you to join him in some physical activity.
No, it's means what he said. Holding each other accountable is part of a relationship. He probably wants you to be happy and healthy. Exercise help with both of those things.

I did two sets of stair climbing up two flights of stairs with 150lbs attached to my body a 60lb weighted vest and two 45lb weight plates. This was three days ago. Then prior to that about two weeks ago I walked 1/4 - 1/3? miles with the same 150lbs attached to my body
As for exercising as long as you're not morbidly obese where your health is in danger then it shouldn't really matter much if you exercise or not. I have my own personal reasons for doing what I'm doing. None of it is for health nor superficial or vanity reasons either.
Not necessarily but, as we age we tend to become lazier. So, he wants to see if you can keep your body up, just like he will try
