How can I ask a girl to get to know each other when we only talk 2 minutes ?

A bit of context : I (22 M) never tried to get in a relationship, I struggle with social interaction and don't understand all this... "stuff".

So this girl and I are in the same class at uni, never had the chance to talk to her until recently, we both ride a motorcycle, (which is a reason why I'm interested in her that, and she's really pretty). We rode home together a few time and the only interaction we did was a sign of hand. Anyway, I finally talk to her when we were both at a parking, get her name and her Instagram, because I didn't want to make this awkward we only talk for 2 minutes. Now is that uni has ended, and we are on summer break, I don't have the chance to talk directly to her or spend time trying to get closer.

Now is the question of this post : I want to dm her to say that I'm interested in her and that I'd like to know her more (which is true, I don't know anything about her and I don't want to try to have a relation with someone I don't know), and I was wondering how should I approach this without being weird (because of the social struggle) or be looking like a creep or freak?
