Should I wait for him to call me after getting kicked out of his car?

Yesterday my boyfriend kicked me out of his car after an argument. I haven’t heard from him since.
It all started when he asked me what I was going to cook for dinner. I told him I was thinking of ordering pizza. I cooked all week and I just didn’t want to cook yesterday. He doesn’t live with me. If I don’t want to cook.. I’m not cooking. He didn’t like that response and he brought up my past. He told me I was antisocial, I live in a bubble, I’m a loner, I’m arrogant, lazy and etc. If he thinks that way of me why the hell is he with me?

Should I keep giving him space? He’s the one who kicked me out of his car and made me walk home. I believe he should call me to apologize. Advice please
