I don't, but she did and it was adorable.
I remember when she told me the reason behind her nickname and I said "Oh ok, fair enough", then she kept saying "fair enough" for the next two days lol. I asked her out shortly after that, I had to.

I'm not sure why they do that, but it's definitely a sign that they think highly of you. I don't know who this girl is to you, but I'd say that's what's going on for sure

In my experience, women naturally follow a guy's lead when it comes to relationships. There's no harm in asking her out. It will only get awkward if you allow it to.
If she rejects you, act as if nothing ever happened and it won't be awkward. She'll probably just end up liking you more actually

that's the thing. I was rejected by her before but remained friends. Now she is very supporitve of me and even invited me to hangout.
