The only thing they had in common was they they were goofballs lol. Totally different career paths (2 History Professors, A Policeman, a Gangbanger, 2 Engineers, A Rapper, A Real Estate Agent, A Chef, A Son of Anarchy, Navy Seal, A Dropout/Janitor, A Construction Worker, A Retail Salesman, An Accountant, Pornstars, A Lifeguard, A Lawyer, A Doc, etc lmao). Different Races. Mostly All Close in Age. Too Many Workaholics. Almost all were Christian. Maybe only 2 were big on politics. Majority played guitar or loved movies. Majority had the same name (Dated like 3 of the same name A LOT). Majority came from single parent or no parent homes. Majority were pet lovers but mostly outdoor pets thank lord. At least half were introverted and indoorsy. Only 1 cheated physically and 2 emotionally. All were chatterboxes like me and we all were horrible listeners. Everyone was nurturing an courageous. Only one was disrespectful. A lot grew impatient with me teasing while trying to wait for sex. All were slim fit except for 1. All but 2 were lonewolves. All drank but only 1 smoked. All but 2 slept with less than a handful of people. A lot were bilingual. Only one didn't want kids. A few ended up having anger issues. All ranged between 5’8-6’2 except for one who was 6’7 and i ended things quickly
It does seem so.. Either that they have issues and/or need to be fixed in some way. 🤦🏻♀️
My dating history is best described as chaotic, and it took a lot of self-reflection to see that my exes were not the only problem. About five years ago when I began my self awareness journey, I discovered that our perception of love as human beings is greatly shaped by the environments we grew up in, and the kinds of relationships we witnessed as children. The relationships I witnessed as a kid were chaotic, and I seldom received the attention that every child yearns for, unless I did something wrong. Further, I read somewhere that to a child, the only thing that makes one feel loved, is your time. So as a result of my childhood, I unconsciously equated chaos, with love, and I brought that unconscious belief into all of my previous relationships. In other words, when things were good in those relationships, it soon made me uncomfortable, so I created chaos.. Back then, I just saw it as exciting relationships, which they were, but it led to a lot of traumatic experiences that I could have prevented had I known back then how important self awareness is. Its life, and we all live and learn.. In closing, this story is embarrassing, but I share because I hope it helps someone that needs it. Good Luck.
For a long while I was addicted to the rush you get from being in a relationship and being loved. It really did control my life. I was a player and didn’t even know it at the time.
I desperately wanted something long term but ultimately I was too charismatic and emotionally immature.
I wouldn’t say that I have a kind of person I have a tendency to date rather I just get with whoever I find to be the most entertaining and destracting.

I tend to go for shy or quiet guys that don’t have a lot of experience and care more about personality than looks. I feel when a guy gets honour without effort or hard work, he is more likely to become entitled, romantically lazy and practically uncooperative so I look for guys on the side lines who are waiting for the right girl and don’t date quickly or early.
It's all been about getting better at knowing when to pull the plug and run. I was once very forgiving, and got taken advantage of because of it. Gave too much benefit of the doubt to women who didn't deserve it.
Also had to put up with busybodies that would use the mere sight of me trying to meet someone new as an opportunity to harass me, and appear like righteous white knights when doing so. Slimeballs.
I'd occasionally meet a gold nugget of a woman. Then I'd lose her to disease, or due to international politics. Met a few that would've been good dates, if they weren't already spoken for. Met some scammers, and took me just under a week to get them to expose themselves. Met a few here today, gone tomorrow types that left me thinking: "what... the... hell... was that all about?"
Then, there were the users. They didn't love me. They wanted to control me. But once they got sloppy, and lazy about keeping appearances up, and I saw how little reward there was in it, I became harder to control. When they realized they'd screwed up, and couldn't control me anymore, they got vile lightning fast! So I cut them loose!
Of those, two vanished immediately. One tried to contact me in spite circumventing a block, just to rub it in that she found someone else, as if I still cared. One, I'm pretty sure tried to scam me on Instagram, unsuccessfully. That, a few years after sabotaging a freelance gig of mine.
Another one took me an extra two weeks to get rid of. She was so unwilling to forgive me for getting a job at one particular grocery store, she wanted to ruin my life for it!
It's why I'm scared to date. The minute I give a gal a chance, I seem to immediately inherit whatever curse is tied to her mental health issues. And it's extra hard to find one anymore that isn't sick in the head somehow!
I do fall for the same type. Usually athletic girls who are in college or graduated. They had good personalities and were mostly nice I once dated the polar opposite for a few months. She was a bartender and her whole life revoled around drinking and partying. It was fun at first. The novelty wore off when ahe would get abusive. She would show up at my place at ten o clock at night and wanted to go out to drink. She would be angry be abuse I had to go to school at 8 o'clock in the morning and she could sleep until noon
Near non-existant, full of bad luck, being left to dating sites as my only option because finding mutual attraction is insanely difficult (i find a lot of attraction, but not the amount im attracted to is nearly nonexistent towards me, but those who are interested in me i don't find attractive). Also trying to date irl it ends up they are either not interested in men, already with someone, ends up being under aged (ends up being 16, though they look and act in their mid to late 20s. Obviously doesn't proceed past talking), don't find me attractive, and/or just doesn't see me that way... seriously my luck with romance is atrocious.
I don't think I have a type, I've only been out with 7 people since my wife passed on and they were all very different people. The only similarities were, they could hold a conversation, enjoyed their careers and they had a great sense of humor.
Lol, my "dating history" is shit.
The men I "dated" during my young teens, here including my ex husband - wasn't really dating. I was being used. - so in a sense, I was the trash & allowed people, here mostly men treat me that way.
Getting together with my late fiance - was the best thing I ever did & hopefully my dating in the future will be different from my past.
All over the spectrum.
ER nurse and devout catholic, a weld shop instructor's daughter, indian coworker and aerospace engineer, promiscuous sprint call center employee, a biology major, an emo pianist...
Fell hard. Broke hearts. Got my heart broken. But ever regretted a single minute
*never
i tend to go for girls who are more assertive and confident in their actions. it usually doesn't last long because i don't like that type of girl. strange i know. it's guaranteed sex with no future, but i just don't like a weak woman either so i'm lost.
I'm no serial dater... only been in four relationships before, exclusive and committed and no grudge, no drama... lol
but no, there were not all the same type... but they've been all great
Yeah i just figured this out recently. i tend to go after the avoidant types lol. Usually shy or reserved. and they seem to like the fantasy of who i am over who i truly am inside. so i definitely wanna break this cycle because those types also tend to ghost too. ghosting hurts me a lot. im watching out for the warning signs better before i go all in.
Started at the bottom, learned a lot of lessons, learned to respect and love myself and now I'm a grown woman with standards that don't tolerate bullshit.
The guys?
I have dated guys and upgraded with every lesson and now I'm dating men.
I have an excellent history. All my exgfs were pretty awesome for the most part. I had long term relationships with all of them. They all treated me with respect for the most part.
They were all submissive, more innocent than average for their age and situation, all more petite sized physically. So definitely a type.
I don't necessarily have a "type" in dating, just whoever I find attractive. But I tend to go for funny guys or at least guys who I share a sense of humour with. Laughing is so important to me.
when a dark cloud is following someone, that person is quite often responsible for resolving the dark cloud, as they are a contributor to it.
yes, I found patterns, we all have them. you own your patterns and ability to change them.
I've only dated one person and it was for a short amount of time that I can't even really say much about it. I feel like I do fall for the same type of emotionally unavailable guys with issues the size of Texas.
I usually date the women who approach me and show that they like me. Because the ladies I am into don't approach me.
So I am always with the people I am not 100% attracted to.
*looks at dating history*…. Um it’s interesting.
to give you an idea I’ll put the first 3 down
1# turned into a lesbian while we were together
2# Turned out to be a literal witch
3# This one I was her dirty little secret no one could know about o and she was in love with another guy the whole time also born spoiled, had daddy issues and a history of self harm.
O and the first and second girls are sisters.
I dont have any dating history. Just one sided love, sutuationship and heartbreak.
I have tendency to attract players so now i am currently single and working on myself. In past mostly guys never took me serious, they were just into my physical appearance and physically attracted to me they never offered me their cup of love.
Yes defo have the same type of guy. I actually think all the ones I've liked are very similar and even have similar hobbies aswell
No, no pattern.
I'm pretty open minded, sometimes to my detriment, especially when I was younger.
Me every time : “this one is the one man, I’m telling you!”
3 Hours Later.
Me every time: “I’m becoming toxic after this, what the fuck was I thinking bro?”
Repeat.
For some reason I've always had a thing for guys who are funny and smart and that actually describes the person I'm dating right now
I have never dated in my life so no dating history.
I always dated blondes but I married a brunette. All but one was around my age. The one that wasn't was older than me and I married her. 2 were shy, the rest were outgoing.
My past habits I tried to avoid again. Still failed in the relationship but this one wasn't literally crazy. Yet miss the crazy sex. Lol. I actually do not know how to date.
Pretty much non-existent
Aside from that one mistake I made and never again will I be so stupid
Cowboys who aren't afraid to be softies. Seems to be it lol
All of my childhood crushes and the man I dated in the past as well as the man I'm dating currently all fit that stereotype
How do you describe your dating history? Poor choices.
Do you have a pattern? Yes.
Do you fall for the same type? YESSSSS! But I'm trying to change that!
How about you?
I tend to date physically attractive, emotional mine fields.
I don't describe my dating history. But no, I have no type.
Nonexistent. I haven't been on a date in ten years.
Well I guess non-existant is fair to describe my dating life or well lack there of.
Scammers, scammers, and more scammers. Rarely, a real person will mix things up for me.
I date many girls, aged 18-65, go out for dinner, clubbing, etc. usually 4-5 times a week.
Yeah I have a type, I ignore red flags
Narcissistic liars 🤷🏻♀️
I've banged over 500+ and done P0RN in the past
all different types, races and ethnicities.
My type is slim, big t! ts (preference is Double Ds) and long hair.
Yea always same. I like tall guy who graduated from really nice colleges, like ivy.
I use to be a magnet for cheating whores...
"Shambolic"
I am rather reactive or passive as some call it.
I have a pattern and I do fall for same type
