Why won't she tell me if she likes me or not?

This girl I work with has been talking to me every day outside of work for the past 6 weeks. We go out to eat 1-2 times a week and I go to her place to hang out 1-3 times a week. She's told me she doesn't date coworkers and since she's starting a new job as a traveling nurse in a couple of months where she'll be gone for 3 months, she doesn't want to start anything serious. She knows I like her because I told her and she also told me she's known for a while. She often drops a "I love you" bomb in conversation where it'd make sense if you actually meant it. There's so many other green flags such as her saying that I'm the only good thing that has come out of this job, that she wants to facetime me while she's away, and that she wants to pay to fly me out to see her. She has also told her family and friends about me and they apparently already take a liking to me. She wants me to meet her friends and family and she wants to meet mine. Now here's the kicker, she never calls me or introduces me as her friend. Yet, when I asked her out on a formal date, she said "You know better. I'm more than happy to hang out or go out to eat." So I'm just confused and after something like that is said, we about like nothing happened. She's told me how much she loves talking to me, hanging out with me, and being in the same room as me. I'm just left scratching my head because even all of my friends thinks she likes me.

You could try being direct with her and ask her what you want to know.

What is your position if she tells you she would be interested in the future but not now?

Would you wait?
Would you move on?
Would you continue to woo her and chase her?
Would you keep contact but seek out someone available?

If she were to say that, yes I'd be more than willing to stay around for her because she's the only person I'm willing to actively pursue. I just don't want to seem too pushy because she seems to always avoid the conversation because it can give the pressure of putting a label on something. She's also the kind of person where if she doesn't like you romantically or only sees you as a friend, she'll outright tell you. I give her the benefit of the doubt due to previous trauma from relationships where she was in love with someone and they mentally and emotionally abused her, so I feel like it's a fear of commitment and of heartbreak again. We didn't really talk until my ex left me since she was cheating again and then my crush instantly came running to my side and hasn't left since.

I agree, it's not a nice thing to do. The only reason why I'm hesitant about saying something is because she seems to always tip toe around the subject and I feel like it's because there are times her real emotions come out and then she catches herself and then comes back calm and composed. I feel like a large part of this stems from her trauma from previous relationships because she seems to have a fear of commitment, but tells me she's been working on it because she is looking to date with intent to marry.
