like she's so pretty and smart and fun and has a life full of friends and activities but im not even half pretty as her and im not that smart too you could say im pretty boring bc i don't have many friends+won't go out so often and it's all makes me feel like i suck and can lose her any minute, and it makes me feel so insecure in our relationship

Sit down by yourself one look in the
Mirror and really really be honest 100% honest do you like yourself are you cute everything on the outside of your body say what you like and say what you don't like but I mean if you don't like it not well whatever reason you have to truly down deep in your heart not like it which you're not going to find anything

And then look within do you like yourself. And no wishy washy bullshit either I mean honest you have to be 100% honest do you have a beautiful heart do you have confidence are you smart not as smart as somebody else or anything like that are you smart. You don't compare yourself to other people you are yourself you're only comparing yourself to yourself that's it nobody else are you kind do you think about others are you passionate are you a good lover are you really kissing but write everything down and this is why she likes you you're too busy playing somebody else is prettier somebody else is smarter somebody else somebody else somebody else somebody else forget everybody else it's only you that you need to be concerned about because you are the only one that she is concerned about if you really like this girl you better find yourself or otherwise you're going to lose her because of your own insecurities there's no reason to be insecure quit comparing yourself to other people you are not other people you are yourself and you are the only person that lives on the inside of you they can make yourself happy or sad or confident or not by being honest 100%

It's your self image. You have a poor self image. It was formed when you were really small. The people around you created it. That's why you are the way you are.

You can alter it though. It's not fun though... Well I can be but it's scary.
To alter it act like a person with a rich self image, especially when you are afraid to do so. Do this often and frequently enough and you'll change the deep rooted conditioning.

Maybe your girlfriend can even help. If you don't change... Your going to keep self sabotaging yourself and make no mistake you are doing it. Look at the what you wrote... You believe you are going to lose her because you think u aren't good enough. I've seen how that plays out. You will ruin it.

My sister is really beautiful and her girlfriend is not and they are happy. So stop worrying about the looks. Go to the gym if you really are committed to looking better. Accept the way you look. It's okay.

Yeah you definitely sound insecure. What you have to remember is that she is with you! She chose you out of anyone else. That should tell you something right there that she is attracted to you and values your companionship. Do you not share the same friends? Usually couples do for the most part. Get involved in group outings. I'm sure she would love it.

well id really love to but because of our studies we're in a long distance relationship for now, so it's kind of really hard to hangout with her friends

first comfort, if a ten included you you must be good. also if you are close friends then, any success you share with each other so this too. about social, if you are friends ask her to include u in group gathering or parties.
