In places like US, probably. In our home countries, not as much. I found it very hard to get dates in US and so many of them were like women into Japanese culture, like my second date outside of university working at clothing store and there was a cute girl who asked me where I'm from, said Japan, and she asked me to write her name in Japanese. And I did in katakana and she wrote her phone number back to me but on dates it's like all she wanted to talk about was Japanese culture like anime and things like that.

In Japan though, very easy to get dates! Well, at least back when I was single. I'm married now. But I thought it was 10x harder in US.

One thing I found in US is that very, very few women approach guys in US.
