I feel like your past along with social media can feed this. For one, do you feel like you fully healed from a past relationship? Are you completely over that person? If not then you absentmindedly start scorekeeping. You look for similar traits in other women and won’t stop until you find those things or that thing. I also think social media lends a hand too. Like you’re seeing couples or even just women that are more ideal to what you want and you keep searching for that.

I don't care about her or i don't feel bad when i hear of her.. but i still get frightened a bit when i hear her voice or i walk through her streets and etc..

For social media.. no but probably looking at models and stuff maybe?

I really want to focus on us only coz she is too amazing for me but I'm so lucky that she likes me.. i don't want to let this gift run from me

The other woman who commented (sorry couldn’t spell your name lol) could be onto something, but I also wonder if you have a fear of being hurt again, and because of that you’re always looking even absentmindedly rather than settle down fully. Trauma rears it’s ugly head in different ways, and for you to say that you literally get frightened by her presence (unless you mean another kind of fear?) says that you haven’t fully recovered. To which I’d say that maybe you should consider therapy or another form of releasing what you’ve held on to. It’s worth it if you really want this relationship to work.

Tho i don't care about her or have no want in seeing her ever.. but last time she phoned me... i didn't expect it but my heart skipped a little..
Does that mean I'm not over her even tho i don't care about what happens in her life?
