Why would you want to frget soeone from your past? If it's a relationship that ended poory, you should learn some lessons from the experience and not just forget it. All those bad experiences will make you a better person and a better partner for whoever she is in your future.
It’s quite literally impossible to wipe someone clean from your memory, as much as you’d like to. What you have to do is move on, so you get over her. Distract yourself with hobbies, work, friends, fam, etc., go on a few dates in you can. But that’s it.
Doesn't matter if someone is male or female, just delete everything, block from everywhere, and remember ur own precious identity
