I date with the intention of becoming apart of a serious, committed, and meaningful relationship. I want to see if we have what it takes to make a relationship work. Will there be a mutual balance when it comes to give and take? Will we be able to maintain respect for one another and build trust throughout? Will we be able enjoy our friendship alongside the path to becoming lovers? Will we both put forth the effort to keep things smooth sailing and will we communicate through understanding if any issues arise? Will we prioritize one another and have each other’s back if third parties attempt to bring in unnecessary drama? Will we be logical for the most part, and emotional when called for? Will we able to eventually love one another and stay committed to the point where it may some day result in marriage and building a family?
