I don't agree with the majority who say it's just a numbers game. Imagine if you wanted to get a car so you go to the world's largest junkyard. 1 million cars and not one of them is driveable. Lots of numbers but totally useless if you want a working car. Likewise, going to places/circles full of broken people who are experts at failed relationships is not in your best interest IF your goal is to have a successful relationship.
I found my wife because we just happened to have a mutual interest we met over and we both recognized the characteristics in each other that would be good for us being together. It had nothing to do with numbers.
I completely agree, not to mention that you dont have the energy to meet so many people, basically wasting your energy while you should be smarter about it, like in your eg. looking for someone with the same interest/hobby
I'd say more about emotional availability, dating/relational skills. some of it is timing. some is being able to get through their barriers... e. g. back to social skills
Absolutely, and also interacting is very important. So many people can’t find partners anymore because interaction has gone out the window.
Almost every time I went out with friends or somewhere to have fun after break up, I got asked out. I guess it’s all about going out.

Can’t find anyone if you don’t meet them first so yeah
Obviously. The more people you meet, the greater the chances will be you will find a partner. You won't meet anyone sitting at home looking at your cellphone.
It's a numbers game.
Unless you are really lucky and meet "the one" in a random meeting.
Finding the right partner is a lot of work.
Pretty much like a job.
To some extent. But it's more than that. You also have to have game. I could meet my soulmate face to face standing right in front of her, two feet apart, but it wouldn't do me any good if I didn't know the right thing to say to her.
Well, you can't find a partner unless you do meet people.
you will never find one if you dont get out and meet people but just meeting people will not guarantee you ill find somebody.
Agreed. It's not some sort of divine intervention or destiny that perfect matches are made. Trial and error fits much better.
No... because most people have lost their way...
Predominantly. It is zero if you don't.
It’s a matter of finding yourself
Yeah, without interaction there's nothing.
i think yes
