Making sure that you take the time to understand each other because you're coming from different perspectives and experiences. It can absolutely work, you just have to be open about being open and talking to and learning from each other.

I like older guys. The oldest I dated was 20-35 years older than me. Many of the comments are true. My experience has been different for each one, but I will say that if you're an old soul and he's very active you won't have much trouble. That being said immaturity has more to it than just age. I have met some who are older than me, but behave worse than I or most people. Another thing, is older guys can be condescending. They think they know everything and talk down to you. This can be true for younger women as well, but I think it's important to look at things from both sides of young and old if one is able to do so.

I guess the hardest thing would be not being able to have as much fun with them—-not really going out and traveling and exploring the world, since they’ve probably have done all of that during their earlier years.

Immaturity (which can be avoided- it's far from the case that all younger women are immature) and the disapproval of her relatives (which isn't always the case either). I am a former high school teacher and have a lot of classmates in their early- to mid-20s, so it's not as if I haven't been around young women for a long time. That said, I prefer dating women in their 30s.

I'm 34, and a girl who's 30, but is only a day older than me, when it comes to months and days. It only makes it a little tough, knowing, i was born in the 80's and she was born in the 90's. Also, that i'll die before her, which is typical anyway. Women tend to outlive their partners, not sure why

Younger women are attractive but immature and inexperienced. By the time they become mature, experienced they become unattractive to men. So it's good to choose a life partner when you are young and energetic to have, enjoy sex and raise kids. As you grow older dating becomes complicated.
