How should I ask out this waitress?

I went to Olive Garden about 2 months ago for my birthday and I had this really nice and cute waitress, and at the end of the dinner I didn’t ask her out (I wussed out). But I got her first name on the name tag. So next time I went there I asked a worker if she still works there and he said yes but she hasn’t worked there in a while, but while I was talking to him he mentioned her last name. And one of the friends that I was having dinner with knew her from Instagram. And now I have her Instagram and Facebook, but I don’t know what would be a good way to go about asking her about, because I don’t want to be a creep and ask her out with one of those. Does anyone have any good ideas?

You WILL be seen as a creep and she probably already knows that yet another customer has done more than what anyone should do to attempt to find her. You would not be the first one to attempt to get into her pants if she is a cute as you pretend. There are hundreds of desperate guys that have probably done the same thing as you did to get to her.

One simply does not creep onto people to try to find about their private lives and possibly find out their address. This lady has probably had dozens of men asking her out and if she has a minimum of intelligence, she will reject those men because she is aware that they are only after one thing.

There is ZERO good way to ask her out. If a guy tracked me down like this I would never talk to him, much less go out with him, and if I found out any information about him, I would make sure everyone he knows found about what he had done.

As to waitresses in general, or coffee girls or wherever you see them just trying to work, they get hit on and asked out hundreds of times a day. Every guy who comes in thinks he is in love with her and that she bonded with him and has a special connection with him. After work, she goes home to her boyfriend, having forgotten everyone she saw that day.

I'm going to put my comments here since one of the girls that answered erased what comments I left on hers. You can and should ask any woman you're attracted to. Apparently, women don't mind when Chads or fuckboys approach smugly and hit on them. It's only regular dudes that women don't want approaching. I say forget what women say, do what you want to do.

Just be careful, they often turn customers down because they are "too nice for tips". As in, the waitress is working on tips, so, she's "being extra nice" to make more

Call the restaurant and act like you’re looking for her name to see if she’s working tonight and go meet her three hours later
