I hate to generalize but tall men, I've known plenty of very strong masculine short guys, but I've known many many more who had a height complex, because they had been mocked or disrespected or bullied or ignored because they did not meet somebody's imaginary qualification for what makes a man. So, they overcompensate and try way too goddamn hard to the point that it makes them into just an asshole.

Might have also known a lot of men who are tall who are herbivores. Very passive or submissive to others because they have gotten complacent with who they are, or because they have been raised and conditioned to not be aggressive or dominant because they are bigger and hold that much more intrinsic physical power over other people.

At the end of the day, you are going to have to talk to dudes one by one to see who has the right vibes for you

A penis just makes a person male, but what makes a man is more of an essence... think about how, at least in the south, you commonly hear people say "a real man would..." or "if he were a real man he wouldn't..." these things rarely have anything to do with a penis.

Thing about transmen is they examine what men in their part of the world are expected to do, and many times they turn it to 11, all the while a lot of times being in tune with others enough to not have the repulsive a$$hole side that many who are "manly men" have going on. ... they put effort into their masculinity.
