Clothes are usually a much bigger deal to women than they are to guys, so maybe try a different outfit. Rehearse in your mind several lines of conversation to initiate with her.

You are refering to just two women. Plus many women prefer slim men. I've never heard a woman prefering obese men tho

I see lean men with some muscle , fit men and dad bod men I don't see the other types.

In all honesty it's not so much That it's because I struggle to believe that they're but the lack of seeing slim guys being successful doesn't encourage me. And I myself am not doing well.

You should stop looking at statistics and just work on yourself and keep asking women out. The more you ask the higher the chance. The worst that can happen is she says no. If you wanna find your woman you gotta get her first:)
