Is it considered “stealth cheating” viewing stories of people you find attractive/used to have relations with while in a relationship?

No you are just using social media for what it is for. Just because you are viewing stories of an old partner or such doesn’t mean you are looking for anything meaningful out of it.

I don’t know about stealth cheating if they’re just looking, but I certainly wouldn’t be happy about it. I’m not checking out women’s posts if I’m not interested in them, because otherwise I don’t really give two shits about what they’re doing because they’re not my girlfriend.

Thanks for your opinion. I agree. I wouldn’t call it cheating but I feel that if a guy clicks on a girl’s hot selfie or pics, especially behind her back (Snapchat for example) he probably is showing interest in her and giving her the wrong idea, as he is taken. I would even say it’s leading that person on especially if it goes on for awhile. If they have history together, it’s even worse.

Social media is a very easy and acceptable excuse to not let go of anyone anymore. Everyone likes the idea of having lots of options open rather than settling down these days.
