No. I think too much is read into digital communication. People need to slow their roll. Anxiety and judgment and paranoia are pretty rampant these days. We don't have the normal cues to be able to discern (face-to-face expression, body language, etc.)

Plus, do you mean 'never', they never reply? Cause a lot of replies are delayed but do come eventually.

In many cases, yes. Some would argue that it's always a reply but there are people who genuinely believe that no reply is just that -- no reply as opposed to a response. In some cases I agree. Not all.
