Do women like when guys don't talk to them or approach them? I'm asking cos all I ever see are women saying how all guys are the same, we're annoying, creepy etc.. I stopped talking to women a long time ago I might say Hello when walking pass, but that's about it. It just seems like they never have the time of the day for a conversation so why bother

I mean, do I enjoy a random strangers coming up and hitting on me? Not generally. I'm not always bothered by it depending on how he acts (ex. if he's being respectful, polite, etc it's not the worst), but it's not something I hope will happen day-to-day. Like a chill guy at a party? Long as he doesn't act like a creep then I'm not going to run screaming, even if I feel awkward. A man twice my age giving me some stupid line? I would like to leave now thanks.

If it's just a conversation then I don't mind. But realistically, a lot of the time it's not just a conversation, which can put people on edge. It's not that we want to be avoided or be impolite, it's just a bit scary sometimes when a random stranger approaches you out of nowhere with unclear intentions.

But if you really just want to talk to people then be lighthearted, be respectful, and acknowledge that some people are less comfortable with strangers than others. It a legitimate safety consideration for women. It's ok to approach, just be considerate and if you get a negative response, don't take it too personally.

You probably shouldn’t generalize, because while yes there are women who rather not to be approached, others don’t mind it. We all have our own preferences, and experiences as to why we prefer not to be approached. For instance, before I got into the relationship I’m in now, I didn’t mind being approached so long as you are respectful about it.
Then you have women like my friend who’d rather men stay away because often times those guys act disrespectful or entitled to her attention, like an ego thing. I can’t even say she’s being dramatic because I’ve witnessed it many times. One specifically when a man smacked her ass hard af because she politely declined his advances (she’s been in a relationship for years), then he literally ran off. Those situations spoil it for others sometimes.

If you’re respectful about your approach then don’t be afraid to do it, only an jerk of a woman would scold you for being polite and that’s actually better for you because you don’t want someone who’s that cruel anyway. As for women looking uninterested, that can be hard to read, like I know the nicest women who have RBF lol so don’t worry too much about those things.

I tend to not wear my glasses when I go out, so if I’m trying to see something far away, I don’t realize it but I’m squinting, so if you’re on the other end it may come off as me glaring lol so I definitely get the rbf. Also, I know that more recently it’s encouraged for women to approach men as well, but a lot of us are still traditional, just shy, or both. So the odds of a woman going up and starting a convo with you are kinda slim, but definitely not impossible.

So they have to be careful. survival/propagation relies upon making a good decision and they will err ont eh side of fear to survive.

In short, you have to approach with something emotionally positive to offer, in a non threatening way. They will make their decision inside 2 seconds if you are accepted. So you have to develop your "inner man" to approach with value, and don't care about the answer you get (e. g. don't let their negativity or response bring you down). In essence, you bring them something good.

so if you want women to approach you then be like me and ignore them avoid speaking to them
