mathematically and statistically no if you include the overall time, energy, resources, finances needed and spent to not only make yourself attractive but also the vetting process to weed out the undesirable partners

most average men will have a 1 out of 1000 success rate and that is not actually successful, now a 900 out of 1000 success rate can be deemed successful but that's completely unrealistic. even the most attractive men have a 500 out of 1000 success rate. below average men can forget it

now out of the successful hits, then it becomes his turn to vet her properly and that could be even more unsuccessful than the leveling up process. being both attractive and unattractive has its downsides. no one wants undesirables and everyone including undesirables i. e. gold-diggers want the desirables

but of course, there's always gonna be those who think it is worth it because they finally "got the prize" in the end and this is just "whiny talk" never realizing no one is legally or morally obligated to date

probably not but I still think it's something all men should try out for the sake of living a full life like men used too. You may end up a statistic but you should still shoot for it. It's not like your life is over if you have an entanglement with crazy.
