Is it normal that I dont find old guys attractive?

Yes very normal, especially if we are old broke motherfuckers. Then we are really unattractive. Also I don't find the vast majority of women in their 40s to 60s to be attractive either, so I ain't got much of a choice either be single or have an unattractive old lady.

The older men who are well settled go for good looking younger girls and some of those girls too get attracted to well settled older men.

A lot of people don't understand how attraction works though. It develops more from an emotional perspective that becomes a physical one, than the other way around (particularly for women). That's why sometimes you may see what you consider average men with more attractive women regardless of age.

As did I. I remember some time ago this girl was telling me how attractive she found a guy that she met and I pointed out a few observations... things that he did to build attraction with her. His looks sparked an initial attraction, but it was his actions, words, demeanor, energy and what he did to connect emotionally that really built that attraction. This is why you can have a very good looking guy that has zero female attention, zero girlfriend etc.
