He likes my stories sometimes replies.. we do streaks on snapchat too we had our first date it went good he picked and dropped me back since iwasnt familiar to the city.. we held hands.. he waited till i get home and texted if i reached but then he goodnight me the following days we didn't have any conversation. he did mention he have his midterm coming week and would let me know to hang out again since i asked him to lmk.. he didn't yet im sure the exams got over yesterday but why is he not making any move other than sending me funny reels everyday is he not interested? But then why would he care on the date if he is not

If he liked you, you'd know for sure. The fact that you have these doubts highlight that he doesn't. Listen to your intuition, it is there for a reason. If you aren't messaging each other non-stop you're probably not even in his top 20 priorities.
