He keeps inviting me over but then ghosting me?

So every time this dude says.. hey come over and invites me to his apartment. Then he ghosts me? Why would he do this?

That's not ghosting. It's rude, stupid, mean, whatever, but it's not ghosting. If he never contacts you again and you have no way of contacting him, then you're ghosted. But just being a jerk isn't ghosting you.
