We met at work so we still have a TON of mutual friends. A couple of them mentioned she's all over ig talking about how good her life is and how she's got all these guys around and kind of comparing stuff like how the one guy is buying her more expensive flowers than I did. Is this just her living life or is it trying to make me jealous.

The best revenge - and the only healthy revenge - is to not be concerned about anything she says or does, move forward, and find happiness with someone else.
This is why smart people do NOT meet their partner at work. As the saying goes about this, I don't shit where I eat, because when people break up the result 99.8% of the time is breakup = more hassle, stress, etc. than the relationships fleeting/temporary feel good value.

If it appears as if someone is doing something, they are most likely doing that something. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire most of the time.
If she is, it's working. Who do you still care what she is doing? Turn off that show.
It sure sounds like she's trying to make you jealous, and I think that's incredibly hot!
Live your life - there is much other better things to do hang out with your friends go on for some dates see some new people let her do what she wants.
Her currents talks and what she is doing should not be your concern anymore!
