My husband got a hickey at the strip club?

Hi guys. I am going straight to the point. My husband went to a strip club in another country, paid a private lap dance and got a hickey from the stripper. I thought it was the first time but I found out he went to a strip club in our country last year and paid for a lap dance as well (which he claims he paid for his friend). Am I overreacting to consider divorce? Who knows what else happened there, bc the hickey thing is very suspicious and weird. Thanks you all!

No that isn't overreacting if he is doing it behind your back. Now if you allow him to go to those clubs then yeah you are overreacting. If he did it behind your back that is emotional cheating at the very least and physical cheating to a degree. Not to mention you don't know how much more he got there. Some clubs are said to be super sleazy and guys can get "extras" if you know what I mean. I would have him get checked for STDs if you aren't going to just divorcce him as it is. Gross.

If this is the only time you've ever consider distrusting him, that's no reason to consider divorce. Have a sit-down talk with him and ask him exactly what went on. His response, and how he says it, will help you decide if you stay... or go.
