My next question is if what you do is a routine or unique every day

its automatically for me as I always organize stuff for me to follow. Even the timing where I should go or time to spent with groceries or workouts and time of sleep.

So it flow naturally already for me.

So if I have time with someone for sure he or she is important to be in my schedule.

I write a list of 3-6 things I get to do the next day. Then when I get up I only need to discipline myself. I don't need to waste time thinking of what I should do and then having to make the decision to even do it.
