Do you think it’s a good idea to have a date on my period?

on one side i don’t want to say no to a date but on the other hand i don’t think it will be comfortable and if i got cramps that would be quite uncomfy

If you're still able to do daily activities with it then you should just try. Unless it's bothering you too much then take it as if you're sick. There are just times in life where we just have to live with it and change our lifestyle to combat our weaknesses. It's our responsibility.

Also you just be honest. Tell him that you're not feeling ok. That way you will know how he is going to treat you. If he really does care about your not. It's not your fault you're on your period so you shouldn't really be inconsiderate about it.

I think you should try, yeah. And, I get it: I'm a guy and I don't have periods so, true, I don't know what it's like. But, don't give up on life while you have your period. Worth trying.

Of course it's okay but when the day comes if you feel that you can't handle the cramps be honest and say that you can't make it and immediately arranged another date.

That's up to you. There's nothing wrong with going on a date on your period, but there's also nothing wrong with asking him to wait a week so you're in a better mood
